To secure a reservation we take a deposit of the first night's accommodation rate for each room booked.

A booking made with Daisybank Cottage is a contract. We respectfully point out that if you cancel a booking the deposit can only be refunded in line with our cancellation policy

Receipt of a deposit equal to one night's stay or 25% of the full booking (whichever is the greater) is required to guarantee a reservation. Payment in full required at time of booking for all special offers.

At the point of booking we require credit/debit card details (card number, expiry date, name on card, issue number and security number).

We are happy to accept the balance payment by credit/debit card or cash (sterling or euro at exchange rate on date of payment). We do not accept cheques.
