At Daisybank, we believe that how you begin your morning shapes the rest of your day. Mornings are intentionally gentle here. Take your time, open the curtains to the soft forest light, enjoy a coffee in bed, and breathe!
A nourishing, gut-friendly breakfast
Breakfast may be enjoyed in the breakfast room or in your bedroom. Breakfast is unhurried, nourishing and thoughtfully prepared – designed to support both wellbeing and simple pleasure.
Our AGA cooked breakfasts celebrate exceptional local produce, alongside carefully chosen ingredients known for their nutritional benefits – such as homemade granola, freshly baked soda bread, gut-friendly kimchi, kombucha and local microgreens, artisanal preserves and single-origin raw honey.
We cater with equal care to all dietary preferences and requirements. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or simply seeking lighter options, we are always delighted to accommodate you. Personal requests are warmly welcomed. We are often asked for our recipes, which we are only too delighted to share.

Walk through the forest beneath the ancient trees, cycle quiet forest tracks or brave an invigorating sea swim along the nearby coast.
